Telenexus puts phone service where wirelines can't go... Telenexus extends telephone service as far as 20 miles or more (line of sight transmission) from the termination of an existing wireline. Now telephone service is accessible where it has been too expensive, or not feasible to run telephone lines.

The flexibility and ruggedness of Telenexus allows permanent or temporary service at a fixed or mobile location, making it ideally suited for remote sites; construction trailers, remote villages, off shore oil rigs, and other areas where telephone service has not previously been available.

The Telenexus radio link system operates on professional UHF channels providing high quality, standard telephone service. The utilization of 50-foot towers allows Telenexus an effective range of 20 miles over level terrain. Using higher towers or radio sites can increase the range.

Unlike most rural radiotelephone systems, the low acquisition cost of the Telenexus makes return on the original investment extremely short.
